Dear WonderHub/Sunley 1 Occupants,

Here is an update on the use of our facility after Saturday’s Government announcement for a second Lockdown commencing Thursday 5th November.

” 6. Going to work
To help contain the virus, everyone who can work effectively from home must do so. Where people cannot do so (for instance people who work in critical national infrastructure, construction or manufacturing) they should continue to travel to work/attend their workplace. This is essential to keeping the country operating and supporting vital sectors and employers.”

For this reason those who can work at home effectively, we encourage you to do so. To support our occupants who are not able to work from home effectively, we will be keeping our premises open, but no face to face meetings and visitors are permitted during this lockdown period.

Continuing to use the premises
If businesses still need to use the premises in order to work effectively, WonderHub are offering current tenants who are in need of more space to operate in a COVID Safe manner, the use of our vacant offices.

All individuals will be using their fob to enter the premises/floor and to use the track and trace app.
Our COVID policy will still be in practice
1. Use of the NHS Track and Trace app
2. When entering the building using hand sanitiser
3. If travelling between floors, ensuring that 2 metres distance is kept between tenants.
4. We have provided anti-bacterial wipes for coworking desk surfaces after use.
5. If there has been a case of COVID and a tenant has since been into the WonderHub, they have a duty of care to report this to the Community Manager, who will then close the premises immediately for cleaning before reopening. Self isolation as per NHS app instruction is required and a COVID test before re-entering the premises.

From all of us at WonderHub, we are wishing you a safe and fruitful month despite the current circumstances. If you have any questions about the above please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards

Hui Doggett,
Community Manager
